Founder Message
Hi. I'm Patrick
Scott Welsh.
I'm a human performance innovation leader at the nexus of health, wellness & performance.
I work with leading global researchers, organizations and agencies to translate interoception science.
I'm a former corporate innovation executive (Peloton, PwC) who had to rebuild my nervous system after a life-altering neurological diagnosis impacted by interoceptive issues.

Interoception is foundational to health and performance, yet it is not well understood by society at large. I've made it my mission to change this to help others for public good.
